Zillow is not the most reliable. Go directly to the Oahu County Assessors site. There was a detached garage and a porch unceiled shed attached to the house. It says there are 4 bedrooms and 1440 sq ft. That is a very small house for having 4 bedrooms. Click on the various links on the left to find out more details.

It's not Oahu County but Honolulu County. The Honolulu County Tax Assessor for the Lefforge 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy property shows: http://www.honolulupropertytax.com/Forms/Datalets.aspx?mode=RESIDENTIALALL&sIndex=0&idx=1&LMparent=20 Go to the second page of the "sketch" tab to see the rental unit. It's 448 sq ft and 14 x 32. On google maps, look at the regular neighborhood view to see the layout of the property including the rental cabin on the back of the property. Then go to street view. You have to travel up to the driveway at the next door neighbor's white house and then look back to see a window and a tiny portion of the rental.
