It's 448 sq ft and 14 x 32. On google maps, look at the regular neighborhood view to see the layout of the property including the rental cabin on the back of the property. Then go to street view. You have to travel up to the driveway at the next door neighbor's white house and then look back to see a window and a tiny portion of the rental.
I didn’t say that, I POSTED A COMMENT FROM A FREEPER DATED 2008 - and I have no doubt there is a rental unit there now, we call them bungalows where I am, but was there anything like it there when the Lefforge bought the house in 1958 or when the Pratts and the Dunhams lived there?
I think not, the description supplied by the freeper who contributed that comment clearly states there was an UNCEILINGED shed of some kind, a porch and an unattached garage.

SEE THE WORD ‘WAS’ That means the description goes back to a previous time, and you seem to be telling us what is there NOW. I don’t get it...why?

The Honolulu County tax assessor site states on the second page of the “residential” tab shows what I’m assuming to be the little currently painted yellow house/shed/playhouse/whatever behind the big house to be a 448 sq ft single story one family residence with 1 bedroom and 1 bath which was built in 1953. On the second page of the “sketch” tab, it shows the unit is 14 ft X 32 ft.
IOW, according to the online tax assessor’s current records, the little building was there when little Barry was supposedly born. Take this information as you wish.
