I was supposed to brew a Cream Ale this week but I will have to wait until next week. Have all the ingredients, but things came up to make me delay the boil. Drats! I really wanted to keep things moving and the beers flowing.
Always fun trying something new. There are so many I've yet to try.
This is the best time in history to be a beer drinker. So many beers, so little time.
