What's the latest on the trees? Did they leaf out normally this Spring?
Leafing out like “normal” isn’t quite the right adjective. BUT, there has been some growth and, I understand, the new leafs, for the most part, are sticking. There’s been a lot of dead wood and so that was pruned. There is still hope.
And Updyke’s trial has been postponed again.

That is so cool about the friend playing in Arizona. I didn’t get to play in a national championship, but was in the band on December 2, 1972. That was just as good. I’d rather beat that team than win the national championship. Really.

I’m waiting on the press conference, too. I’m tuned to WSFA but right now they’re reporting on a tornado warning for Geneva, AL, and point to the SE of Auburn.
It used to be that when the fight was broken up, it was over and everyone went their separate ways. In present times, the guy who was whipped goes and gets a gun and comes back to kill the guy who hurt his precious ego.
