The Liberty Cream Ale I will brew next is described as light bodied and refreshing:

6 lb. Gold liquid malt extract
8 oz. Carapils steeping grains
2 oz. of Cascade pellet hops (use 1oz as bittering hops and 1oz as aroma.
Yeast is SafAle 05

Sorry, should’ve said I am a grain brewer - that recipe looked interesting, so any grain bill that corresponds to the extract recipe?

Liberty Cream Ale is a regular for us. We brew it almost every other batch as everybody likes it and its fast/inexpensive.
