A woman has been accused of breaking into a house, washing the dishes, tidying and vacuuming before leaving a bill with her name on it for $75.
When police confronted Susan Warren, 53, about the alleged early-morning break in, she told them she 'does it all the time'.
Warren allegedly broke into the home in Westlake,Ohio after picking the house at random while driving down the street, she said.
When the homeowners' 18-year-old daughter woke up to find the house had been cleaned,she assumed her parents had organised a maid.
The woman had taken out the trash,vacuumed the carpet and cleaned up the playroom,victim Sherry Bush told WKYC.
'There were some coffee mugs that my husband had out,' she said. 'She had washed them all.
'She wrote a note [on a napkin] and left it on the table, saying, "$75 I was here to clean",and left her name and number,' Bush said.
When her daughter mentioned the cleaner, Bush said she had not oragnised one, and assumed a cleaning service sent someone to the wrong house.
So she was stunned when she called the number left on the note and the woman told them it had been intentional.

'I think our jaws just dropped to the ground,' Bush said. 'I said, what happened, did you get the wrong house? She said, "no, I do this all the time".'
'I said, "what do you mean?" She said, "I just stop and clean your house".'
Nothing was stolen from the homes, but police expect to charge her with felony burglary in court.
Don't press charges. Pay part of her bill. And she just might.
P.S. The cleaning supplies are under the sink

My son once cleaned out the cab of my truck. He found enough money for lunch at the golden arches and swore that Elvis had been living under the passengers seat.

The local JackBoots are smoking some of the ‘recreational pharmaceuticals’ they took from the street corner drug dealers.
Breaking & Entering may stick, but for a felony burgulary to occur something of substantial value had to have been taken.
Taking out the garbage doesn’t qualify as a theft, because Garbage Has NO Value.
Except in the warped world of “Da Law”.
I would be inclined to pay this bill.
If she took the trash out then that's burglary right there. (Nobody can decide for me what is trash and what isn't.) If she didn't take the trash out then the "cleaning" is not a cleaning, and she is guilty of fraud. Not that anyone would pay her bill anyway, without prior acceptance of her offer. (That's why you are not required to pay for anything unsolicited that is sent to you.)
Besides, I don't want complete strangers (with their heads clearly not screwed on correctly) to touch food items or anything in my house. Would you accept a house cleaning offer from a homeless person? If I need help in cleaning, that help will come with references, and most likely it will be sent by an established business.
Technically, she donated $75.00 in services, but the breaking and entering becomes a teensy problem...
