She is 20 years old and had her passport to begin with. She is in Belarus. The passport has been approved for the visa as far as we know and traveled back from Moscow through Pony Express. This power of attorney thing we just do not understand nor do I understand how I can help her. We wopn;t be able to Skpe until the weekend.

Any idea who Ruslan is? What I posted was per bing, now I’m doing it myself but its slow going.

THEY do not wish to give my passport to Ruslan, THEY say one has to have a power of attorney and I cannot find out how one must fill one out please ask Mom so that she finds somewhere this power of attorney, I just cannot do it.

The phrase power of attorney appears to be in quotes, so maybe she doesn’t understand either.
