A wonderful example of a professional athlete who did it the right way, and who lived a productive life after retiring. RIP Bob!

Wow, this is sad. Boozer was a great layer for the Bulls. He was on the Bulls for their first four seasons and played with Jerry Sloan and Guy Rodgers. Johnny Red Kerr was their head coach. Boozer was a great pure shooter.

I remember whenever Boozer scored the PA announcer would say, “Two for Boooooooooooooozer.”

He had an interesting free-throw shooting style — he stood off to one side of the FT line instead of in the middle. Did pretty well from there. I liked watching him play.
