A man suing after a major medical mistake left him disfigured gave testimony Thursday that revealed the intimate details of his misery.
Late Thursday afternoon, Enrique Milla testified at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse from his new home in Lima, Peru via Skype. He said he wanted a penile implant to improve his sex life in 2007. "About a year before I realized I had problems," Milla said through a translator. "I had problems having intimate relations with my wife. As time went by, that problem got worse."
Milla's attorney argues that an anesthesiologist overlooked his client's pre-existing medical conditions, which resulted in Milla having no more external male genitalia. According to the lawyer, Milla should have never been allowed to undergo elective penile implant surgery to treat erectile dysfunction back in August 2007.

That was worth posting twice !
Ouch!!!

Sounds like it was his own fault. But the doctor has deeper pockets.
The pills some generous sympathetic souls inform me about in daily e-mails without me having to ask them are supposed to work.
Please don’t “flame” me, but there seem to be too many stories of flesh eating disease lately.
A few years ago, someone posted a LONG list of doctors who were of the Moslem persuasion here in the U.S. The point she was trying to make was you might wish to get another doctor IF the one that’s going to operate on you is of this persuasion. Although globalization brings into the country all manner of once eradicated disease, “certain” people wish to do us harm, as infidels, and Bath-House Barry is importing them.
Most men would choose death over losing their most important asset.
We believe you.

Obama’s fault. Even bacteria are gay now...
You’re not too far off. The anestisioligist’s name was: Dr. Laurentia Boeru
That was a boo-boo.
This anesthesiologist must be very wealthy to attract this attorneys attention.
Having a thorough medical history is the surgeons responsibility not the anesthesiologist. Most people having surgery will not meet the anesthesiologist until just before surgery if at all.
That is SO messed up. It’s so not right.
