Have a part time job quiting tomorrow because the HR manager inserted language into my yearly review that my manager didnt pen.Before I leave I want to send a scathing email from home to the entire buisness outlining what has transpired over the past 5 years and pretty much denegrate the executive team for hipocrcy. Not sure if they can come back at me legally. Any legal types out there I can private email this to for a critique?

A few years back, I felt like I was about to get shafted where I worked, it’s a long story and involved a lot of office politics.
I was angry and agitated with a nice underlying feeling of dread. I ripped out a vanity here looking for help. Like you I got a lot of dings for my spelling, who cares about spell check when your pissed.
I got some good advice, but the best was not to respond with emotion. I didn’t leave, the guy with the power that was trying to push me out was releaved of his postition and so far things have worked out.
Take a breath, don’t make rash decisions and see what happens.
Your career dissipation light is in overdrive.
It’s a small world and you never know when you might get a 2nd chance to work with these guys again.

good for you but still....I have a couple of stories I could share where someone sent an FU letter and it became very awkward in a social setting.
