Yep. Crab catchers...they're 100ft long and weigh 100 tons [empty] .... remember the Andrea Gail [of the Perfect Storm]? She was less than 60' ....seas that day had 30-foot (9.1 m) waves and wind gusts up to 80 knots (150 km/h (93 mph)) ....North Atlantic. Both the Bering and No. Atlantic have notorious rogue waves and nasty winds.

I'm not positive, IIRC, the SS Edmund Fitzgerald sank due to a rogue wave on Lake Superior. God keep these skippers and crew!
