Maybe her husband was in Afghanistan or at work or home with the other kids...why would you assume that just because the father wasn’t there at the moment you were, he never is?

Because I have seen that anger in several single women and it is very common in them. She also did not have a ring on her wedding finger. I could be wrong, but it certaintly appeared that she was alone rearing her son as happens with millions of women.
