A reminder for Kalifornians & damn Yankees: The South is full of rednecks with guns. They don't wash themselves or brush their few remaining teeth. There are swamps & mosquitoes. Lots of deadly snakes. The roads are all dirt. The nicest homes are trailers. Country music blares from every tractor.
And strangers are shot on sight.
Well I will be moving down south in a little over a year....
I want to be closer to my daughter. The only reason I am in California is because the work I do is in fact unique to the location. if you had the job I would much rather have worked there

Hey there, except for the mosquitoes and swamps, you just described where I live in Tulare County California. Well, ok, we have blaring Mariachi music, but the rest of it is spot on. California’s inland is as Red as it gets. The crazy people live on the coast.
