Posting this here and on the cooking thread. Has anyone made an earth (cob) oven? We are going to be making one by our patio and I thought it might be a good idea to get suggestions and advice from those who have done this before we begin. THANKS.

Interesting question, kalee. I found these instructions online, and it sounds so interesting that I may give it a try. We are getting ready to expand our back porches with concrete slabs, and one of these ovens would be great! I bake a lot of bread and homemade pizza too.
