Interesting question, kalee. I found these instructions online, and it sounds so interesting that I may give it a try. We are getting ready to expand our back porches with concrete slabs, and one of these ovens would be great! I bake a lot of bread and homemade pizza too.

I want one n the worst way. We had pizza made in one by a bakery near Charlotte NC. Best pizza ever! And their bread and pastries...oh my
