On Saturday during a firearms safety class in Bedford, Virginia, Michael L. Deel, 54, shot himself in the hand with a .45-caliber handgun and with the same bullet shot his wife, Michelle, 49, in the leg.

Thomas Starke, the instructor told police that he left the room and soon heard a shot.Don't let this person ever teach another class. He is unsafe at any speed.
Why did untrained students have their own loaded guns ?
