Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan continued his college speaking tour on Monday night at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
While his address included many of the racially-charged elements weve heard in other related lectures, the minister added in some new comments about whites, his personal experience with using marijuana and he even showered some praise upon conservative commentator Pat Buchanan.
In addressing whites, Farrakhan issued his typically-offensive rhetoric.
They know you, but you dont know them or yourself, so youre always at a disadvantage when you sit down with white people to negotiate, he told his predominately black audience. We dont ever come in their presence like we are some little weak things.
He continued, going on to address Caucasians directly.
I know myself. I know you. And some of you white people I know you better than you know yourself because God has revealed you fully, he explained, going on to seemingly claim that he has a special, God-ordained ability to see what others cannot.
This, of course, was followed up with a cryptic warning to white Americans about their need to change.
It aint about hating you. We aint got no time for that. But we know who were dealing with. We know what were dealing with, he said. We know your origin in the world and we know how long you were set to live and unless you change, your end has come.
Farrakhan subsequently delved back into the omniscience that has purportedly been bestowed upon him.
You cant talk like this unless you know God. I dont just talk about God or talk about Jesus Jesus spoke like this. Thats why he was hated, the minister said. Why do you think people dont like Farrakhan what have I done?
But such pious talk about Jesus was short-lived, as the minister began speaking about his use of marijuana at a young age.
Ive never been arrested. I did smoke reefers when I was young, he told his audience. When I smoked joints they were only 50 cents.
While Farrakhans racial rhetoric and personal stories about marijuana use were certainly colorful, the most curious and awe-inspiring portion of his address came immediately following these sentiments when he praised Buchanan as a great Republican.
But we have to say to Republicans, one great Republican Patrick Buchanan wrote a book that they [Republicans] spent $40 trillion dollars on black people. I dont know whether its that much, but thats what he said, Farrakhan said. Every time theres a problem they throw money at it. And all the money they threw, the problem is yet not solved cause its not money that will solve the problem alone.
Its noteworthy that Buchanan has drawn the ire of Abraham H. Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League, among others, for his purported anti-Semitism. In fact, on March 16, the ADL released an article condemning both Farrakhan and Buchanan.

Of course not - we’ve got to throw money at it and buy your racist, affirmative-action bull$hit too.
and, those white people you sat down with were probably distracted by their own lives and problems
In some circles this ability is known as bipolar.
Welcomed with open arms on his “college speaking tour”. Language used by this race pimping SOB could very easily have sparked off an immediate riot, a beating or two administered to “whitey” on their way home, vandalism on “whitey’s” car or dorm room. A whole host of fun stuff! If this a-hole were speaking at my daughters college she wouldn’t be attending any longer.
Wonder if Farrakhan likes Ron Paul too.
Louis Farakhan, i will change my behavior to one of your Sisters. I will be a loafer, do nothing White _itch and demand from you Brother, all your money. How is that for change?
all I have to say to fartacon is, Come Get Some....pal
What did he do to draw Foxman's ire?
FU LOUIE
It’s also called ‘cranial rectal inversion’

Whatever it is, Louie, we're not interested. Ipso facto, what you know has no value. So stuff that book in your octogenarian skull...
Perhaps he should start with his own brothers telling them to stop killing each other first.
It ain't easy being left .....behind.
“What did he do to draw Foxman’s ire?”

Buchanan is staunchly pro-Catholic/pro-Christian.
For professional offendees, working the rich vein of the persecuted “minority” angle like Foxman, that is enough.
,,,,,, bring it on BUCKWHEAT !!!! ,,,, let the games begin . . .
Our local news coverage was saying that he appealed to the older blacks in Pine Bluff, AR. And around here we refer to the place as Crime Bluff.
Fine, then. No more affirmative action tax dollars for Louie.
Come and get me,Louie! The Army taught me a trick or two that can be done with an M-16.And I’ve been practcing from time to time.
