How would one go about spreading these rumors that this was taking place? I think it would be a great guerrilla warfare tool, against the libs, to generate a buzz on the streets and have these people turn out in force, only to have them be told there is no free government money to be had.
Think of the media coverage, as these people walk away disappointed; eventually turning angry when they don’t get their fair share of obama’s stash.

If I were of the mind to do this, I'd get a plain vanilla envelope, stuff about $100 in it (assorted bills) and hand it out to a passerby and say "This is my last one, we will return tomorrow to pass out envelopes of 'Obama Money', and these envelopes will have more cash. We will be at the corner of ...... at 10am and pass these out until they are gone.".
Word will spread.
Great minds think alike. Setting these things up and pissing off Obama voters would really be fun. Not actually taking any info, just telling people on social media to show up at a certain place and time for free Obama money.
Set this scam up in major cities across the country on election day. See who has the longer lines, the scam or the polling place?
