Haven't seen htis posted yet- it seems to be all over htel iberal news lately, but no mention of it here on FR- Just want to get people's reaction to this and their thoughts- Here's the link as I'm not sure how much of hte article can be posted- but basically it has 2 'experts' on voice annalysis that declare that hte voice is not George Zimmerman's voice

My liberal father said and I quote, “Zimmerman is guilty because the only reason anyone would go out at night with a loaded gun is to commit murder.” Yeah, he actually believes that.

Supposedly Trayvon’s father say it isn’t Trayvon’s voice. I haven’t seen the article that quotes him but I’m sure some FReeper can find it and post it here.

I saw the same thing.

Early on, before the race hustlers descended on this case, the police asked Trayvon's father if he recognized the voice screaming for help, on the recording of the neighbor's 911 call, as Trayvon's. The father's answer was no, it was not Trayvon's voice.

Clearly this was a boo-boo from the race-hustlers' point of view. Trayvon's mother had to be trotted out to "correct" the story by contradicting the earlier statement (much as she had to "correct" her "it was an accident" admission).

I hope somebody preserved those news articles here on FR. If not, they might have disappeared down the Orwellian memory hole.

By the time you factor in margin of error, saying there’s a 48% chance that it was GZ is statistically the same thing as saying there’s a 1 in 2 chance that it was GZ and a 1 in 2 chance that it was TM.

You could get the same result by drawing straws. Which would be just as admissible in court as this would.

I undestand hte frustration- (which is why I’m so interested in this case and developing circumstances-) It does seem that you’;re rigth- this case can no longer be tried in court because they will not be able to find an unbiased jury

It was pretty obvious to msot people who watched the trial all the way through enough evidence was presentred for conviction which is why a great majority of those hwo followed it were stunned at the verdict- it was also obvious to those watchign that Cindy lied repeatedly and was coverign up for her daughter- but we’re talking abotu zimmerman, not casey- Even some of the jurors who voted not guilty were doubtful of their own convictions abotu hte case, and cited crap and false reasons as their excuse for voting liek htey did- The prosecution did their job well enough- it was the lamebrained jurors who failed to bring justice

It shoudl be good news, and hopefully will be, however, there is the issue of implied threats from the left and black comunity that if he is not convicted, there wil lbe hell to pay- so who jknows what’s goign to happen in htis case- As a juror, they will be takign hteir lives in their hands sitting on this case because htere is only one verdict that will be allowed by the left- guilty

I thought I remembered back early i nthe case that hte father said it was ‘definately not’ his son’s voice- when he was first questioned by the police- Wish htere was transcripts of everythign that went down so we’d know for sure- but I fully expect the father will now lie abotu what he first said liek htem other is now lying mostl iekly due to pressure to lie from the left- I had a tiny bit of hope that the parents would want the actual truth to emerge, but now it appears they too are not interested in findign hte truth

Thanks, I wasn’t awar of that- that makes me more comfortable abotu the situation then- however, they can still use it to ‘plant hte seed’ i nthe minds of jurors I’m afraid- Which would be ethically unjust, but since when does mob rule go by ethical standards?

Just playing devil’s advocate for a second- he would not have been winning at hte point hte gun was drawn and would have started screaming- that is what the defense will argue,

but liek many have said i nthe thread, there is evidence to show it was NOT infact martin screaming, but zimmerman- the eyewitness and hte injurioes all point to zimmerman beign hte one who was screaming

A study at Cambridge I think it was showed that it doesn’t matter whagt position the letters are in, or if there;s morel etters, as long as the first letter and last letter of a word is right, then our brains can read the sentences just fine- (snd I contend, probably is better for us as it would seem to strengthen the brain as the brain tries to decifer the owrds o nthe fly) of course none of thap pllalies to my attrocious typing skills- but just a bit of trivia- so think of it as my tryign to help you retain brain function lol you need not thank me

Florida uses the Frye Test and if Holder goes after him then the Federal Standard (Daubert I think) will apply to any prosecution by the Feds. The guys software isn’t approved in any court from what I’ve read.
