Haven't seen htis posted yet- it seems to be all over htel iberal news lately, but no mention of it here on FR- Just want to get people's reaction to this and their thoughts- Here's the link as I'm not sure how much of hte article can be posted- but basically it has 2 'experts' on voice annalysis that declare that hte voice is not George Zimmerman's voice

There is already a male witness that saw and heard Zimmerman screaming for help. Zimmerman screamed at the witness for help and screamed at him to go call 911 (do a Google search). Quit posting that libtartd fantasy nonsense.

Media experts were also telling us that Zimmerman was a 250 pound white guy who shot a young black high school football player.

Unless they have exemplars of the exact phrases used it’s not admissible in court either Federal or Florida (they have different standards) and it’s not just 1 exemplar. Even the CNN expert (who had some new voice analysis software to sell which CNN didn’t disclose) website said that. They don’t have exemplars of either party screaming. It could be either of them or someone else. The person in the Orlando Sentinel is the same person that CNN used.
The exemplars have to be the exact same words and approximately the same vocal style since your voice changes as your emotions or style change. If you’re yelling the rhythm, pitch and a few other things change over your normal speaking voice. If your looking at screams the party to be matched to the sample has to scream in a simlar manner to the person on the sample. That’s why the court has some very strict standards on what’s admissible. The technology of this guys software hasn’t been accepted in any court from what I understand.

I absolutely aggree with that and have been saying that for awhile now- our president could have very easily diffused this whole situation by making it VERY clear to hte public that he would not stand by while vigilantees ran the show, yet he instead gave his wink and nod of approval at hte injustice and lies, and now refuses to be a leader i nthe situation, pretendign to ‘take hte high ground’ by ‘staying out of hte fray’- He’s so friggin two faced it aitn even funny anymore

That’s what I was wodnering, because handwriting experts need examples of letters in order to compare to- I would imagine this won’t even be allowed in as evidence- hopefulyl anyways- but I do fear the left wil lstill use these ‘experts’ to flame the fire of racial divide
There’s a different way of looking at the Casey Anthony case vs. the Zimmerman case. The circumstantial evidence against Anthony was strong while the evidence against Zimmerman is virtually non-existent or can be easily countered by the Zimmerman defensive. The evidence bar to find a defendant guilty in the state of Florida is set very high where Florida would need a miracle or some new “smoking gun” evidence to appear for a jury to find him guilty of murder. But juries are made up of disparate people who do not think the same rightly or wrongly. For the state of Florida to win this one, they’d want to pick a jury of wrongheaded people.

Good point, however, the defense most likely is goign to argue that during hte altercation, george got the gun out and that’s when martin begane screaming- this is hte only thing they’ve got to go on- they are goign to make it seem like martin was screamign and begging for his life but zimmerman waqs so hell bent on murdering him that he showed no mercy and shot him as the kid wasd tryign to ‘give up’
They are gouign to try to make george look liek a monster- and the voice o nte the phone call is probably goign to be key evidence i nthe caswe I would imagine- however, the only hope for justice is that a jury beleives the witness who saw george screamign for help- however, remember, I don’;t think george can get a fair and balanced jury-
This hwole case stinks to high heaven thanks to raicebaiters like sharpton and jackson and the black panthers, and our president has sat back noddign his head with a smirk of approval at hte injustice

I hope you’er right- I wanna have faith in the justice system, but after trials liek anthony, oj, robert blake etc etc etc, I have my doubts
