I LOVE my iPhone....except for that one little ditty...
Well. Goodnight then.
I’m waiting for MY 3:00 phone call...
:)
I dealt with homeless people on a daily basis.
One of them pissed in the open behind a dumpster. He said “when you gotta go, you gotta go”.
I said, “Yes, if you are dog. People are supposed to use the bathroom.”
Really made him mad and he kept bluffing he wanted to fight. I’m a wimpy middle aged guy but all I had to do was just take 2 steps toward him and he backed off, still yelling. A lot of homeless guys are like terriers, lots of bark but not much bite unless you run from them.
I had a guy demand money from me. Demand. He asked for money & I said no so he said, “Give me some money”.
I said, “Do you know why I won’t give you any money. Because you are ugly. And if I give you money, you are going to be here on this corner the next day and the next hoping I come back and give you more money. If you were a hot young blonde in a bikini, then I would give you money. Because I would want you to come back and see you on this corner every morning. But you are ugly, so I don’t want to see you every morning.
As I walked away his mouth was still agape in silence.
The San Francisco taxpayers pay millions for all this nice little micro parks and plazas throughout the city, pretty fountains or planted areas, and then the homeless squatters settle them so that people are disgusted to use them and children are afraid to use them.
This still makes me furious. I would round them all up and take care of the ones that truly need it and tell the able bodied that aren’t addicts or mentally incompetent, get a job because next time you get a one way ticket to Seattle.
Maybe they all need care. Fine. Lets get them that care. But I hate them bothering people on the street. Giuliani took care of this in New York City.
For once if some bum comes up to me asking for money, I would love to tell them, “What a coincidence.....I was just going to ask you for the same thing....oh well, guess we’re both out of luck.”
I’m hoping it was a warning shot.......
I was walking by one of those micro parks in San Francisco when a homeless man asked for some spare change to "help an old wino." I almost gave him some because of his honesty.
I live in Stockton and the afternoon of the day this photo was taken, we had about 45 minutes of continuous rolling thunder. . . Literally continuous, with no break in the rumble of sound! I’ve not heard that in many years. Spectacular lightening and auracular 360° surround sound!

Another myth.
