All the greats have been ruined. HP, Honeywell.... I grew up with their equipment back in the tube days when it was industry standard.

To say nothing of the fact that Honeywell (now Allied-Signal in drag) took the Sperry Gyroscope Company, arguably the #1 aircraft-instrument company in the world at the time, and drove it into the ground by outsourcing all engineering work to India, where nothing ever actually got done.

Now Boeing, which at one time was half their market, won’t even accept bids from them on new projects.
