Last Sunday, in an appearance on ABCs This Week with George Stephanopoulos, conservative columnist and author Ann Coulter took what some have seen as a swipe at former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, saying that the eventual Republican candidate shouldnt pick a novelty candidate as their vice presidential nominee because it would ring too much like Sarah Palin.
Conservative blogger and commentator Michelle Malkin challenged Coulters characterization, suggesting in a post on Monday that Coulter was part of the war on conservative women Malkin had opined on a month ago.
If Coulter is indeed waging a war on conservative women by attacking Palin, its a departure from her previous gestures toward the former Alaska governor. As Malkin pointed out, Coulter appeared in the Citizens United film Fire from the Heartland, a documentary about conservative women in todays political environment.

She is questioning the sincerity of countless conservative women across the country who are sick and tired of being smeared by liberal cowards hiding behind the humor card, Malkin wrote in an email. Her most recent statements call into question her past praise for Palin and her past participation in a documentary that explicitly takes on liberal hate of conservative women. Opportunism? Schtick? I know I am not the only one questioning her. Im just one of the few willing to question her out loud.

Coulter is a Romney butt-boy.
She has lost all credibility with me, so nothing she adds surprises me.
Wait’ll she sees the sales figures for her next book.
Does anybody who’s been paying attention to the race still seeriously believe Palin is the problem?
I may be wrong, but would not be surprised if Malkin has written and sold more books than skank Coulter.
I have several Malkin books, but not a single one by said skank.
Ann Coulter needs to finish polishing her Adams apple
Is Ann Coulter still alive? I thought she drifted off to Al Hunt Land
She isn’t. Her complaint was that Palin and Bachmann and Haley and other stand up conservatives who happen to be women get slammed by the elites and by the press and even by so called conservatives. They are told they should stay home and not be so vocal. Malkin’s complaint is a legitimate one
She was also making fun of Sarah, along with Glenn Beck (on his radio show) a few weeks ago.
They were catty and juvenile to say the least. They talked about her like she was an idiot, snickered and acted as if they were in a room by themselves instead of on public radio.
They should be ashamed but I doubt they are. I’m disgusted with them.
Coulter has 9 or 10 books and 3 million copies sold....Malkin has 4 books....no idea how many sold.
Glenn Beck is a disgusting little turd.
“Even if we win, what the hell is the difference between Romney and Obama?”
The downline ticket. If you pull the lever for Romney, you will pull the handle for all “R”.
That’s what the pubs want. They are hoping for a Republican Senate and House so they will then control the money.
I know you're trying to make some silly point, but that is a very stupid question. Obama is a Marxist who abhors the Constitution. Get real.
Not that GB and AC would give a hoot, but they’ve lost me.
I can’t help wondering how many grassroots folks trekked out to Glenn’s DC rally mainly to hear Sarah speak. If I could have gone that would have been the draw for me. So here we are less than 2 years later and he’s out there talking about her like she’s less than nothing.
Anyhow, I have one of Glenn’s books and several of Ann’s. They are now stacked up, ready to go, and as soon as I can get around to burning the winter yard debris, they’re going on the bonfire.
Coulter has become fast forward material for me.......
That's a good way to put it. I turned off Fox in 2008 when they refused to cover Obama’s eligibility and ignored Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution.
Coulter jumped into the shark tank, for me, when she declared that the defenders Article 2 were CRANKS and used the KKK to make her point. Every other week or so she says something so outrageous that other conservatives are leaving her shark jumping show in droves.
That too.
The Federal Cash looted from the Treasury by both sides of the aisle has been “wisely” invested..”...
Down goes Coulter. Down goes Coulter!
