If it is your intention to inflict "the death of a thousand paper cuts" in that manner, you should be aware that the book is listed as having only 304 pages.

Regarding your tagline, you should also be aware that bees of all kinds do not like carbon dioxide.

I am not particularly conversant in the behavior of elephants.

Elephants, like most other mammals would probably avoid flaming motor homes.

Yes but the first four chapters are devoted to explaining exactly what the terms mean that he is going to use in the rest of the book. So I reckon that the book is made of pure osmium.

Took me most of a weekend to wade through it.

It wasn't dry, just heavy.
