4) The killer had a cut somewhere on the left side of his body. We know this because blood was dripped along the left side of the killer’s footprints. Simpson had a cut on this left hand the next day.

As you recall, the only blood evidence tying Simpson to anything was planted because it contained EDTA. The sock on his bed was found to have the blood going through from one side to the other. It had not been splashed on during a murder. It had been poured on in situ in OJ's house. The blood on the back gate that didn't appear earlier, was later found after the LA detective returned to the house carrying OJ's blood in stoppered vials, again, with EDTA.

The most likely person to have dropped the bloody glove on Simpson's property was the cop who raced right over there after being relieved by other cops from the crime scene where he had been for a while alone with all the evidence. He pretty much guaranteed that the LAPD would have to fix things the next day as the EDTA showed they did.

As far as the race card goes, it was the lack of physical evidence as well as the physical evidence that didn't fit, together with a completely incompetent prosecution, that won the acquittal.

The amount of EDTA present was inconsistent with it being preserved via an anticoaggulent - but quite consistent with background levels.

“Everyone is saying that I found EDTA, but I am not saying that,” said Mr. Martz, chief of the F.B.I.’s chemistry toxicology unit, with a hint of frustration. “I was asked to determine whether those blood stains came from preserved blood. Those blood stains did not come from preserved blood.”

Just curious. Where and how would the police have obtained OJ’s blood to plant it? It sounds like more than trace amounts.

EDTA is found in many things, including paint. Blood was collected from the gate and the paint on that gate showed traces of EDTA.

The socks were in a pile, with one side touching the other. Simple transference. The Defense Team had to really try and twist that one around.

Mark Fuhrman found the bloody glove on Simpson’s property. He went to check the grounds after hearing Kato Kaelin describe hearing (and feeling) a thump on his bedroom wall the night before. Are you implying that Fuhrman, not knowing exactly where Simpson was or how long he’d been gone, took a glove from the crime scene (that no other trained officers saw) over to Simpson’s and planted it? What if O.J. had been out of state for a week? Why would he try to frame Simpson? What’s his motive?

Do you really believe Simpson is innocent? Hmmm.
