Adorable Harry the hippopotamus is no stick-in-the-mud when it comes to making friends with humans.
The six-day-old pygmy hippo calf is filling the time of his doting carers after being rejected by his mother at birth.
The 11lb baby was born last Thursday at a wildlife sanctuary in South Africa and requires round-the-clock care.

Hippos may look cute, but I wouldn’t own one or even go near one. They are pretty mean critters.

They sure are. Even crocs don't mess with hippos.
Of course, this is a pigmy hippo, not the kind that can kill alligators or humans.

Fair enough. Didn’t check out the article, so my bad. The picture of a hippo living in someone’s house had me a bit disturbed though.
