By this idiotic premises, it would have been perfectly ok for Martin to beat Zimmerman to death, because Martin was not armed. That’s intelligent thinking. Undoubtedly, liberal thought.

I disagree. Any single incident where a small or elderly person is beaten by a younger or larger thug because the victim was unarmed is one too many. I have known several women who got into bad relationships, even one-sided stalking "relationships", and got hurt because a 5' woman or a 5' 2" woman essentially has no chance against an average-sized man unless she is armed. I am thrilled every time that one of those women uses a Glock or a Kimber to help her turn the tables on a thug who thinks women aren't allowed to say "no".
If this is about Trayvon, depending on whether the boy was a 17 y/o who looked 12 and was just minding his own business and picking up skittles, or he was a thug up to no good and violently attacked a man who was keeping an eye on him until the police got there, I may feel very differently about this particular incident. I am 100% certain that the media are purposefully shaping this story for a desired effect, and I do not trust their spin. What none of us, other than the few alleged witnesses, know is whether the media are trying to coax a big reaction out of a real story or manufacturing the entire story.
Beating the sh1t out of someone you’re on top of and outweigh is not being “unarmed”. Besides “disparity of force” rules have legal precedent in almost all cases.
Absolutely not. But black people have to stop hiding behind their race each time they commit a crime. “Yeah, I might have murdered someone but blacks are incarcerated at much higher rates than everyone else.” Duh!

Depends on what the unarmed civilian is doing and whether they can be stopped, if need be, without shooting them.
