I may not be accurately conveying what the situation is. Maybe what is happening is the type of people I find un-appealing are frequent contributors to FB while the type of people more like myself are infrequent contributors(like myself). So the times I do choose to get on FB and have a looksee, it appears to be a cesspool.
I suppose I could dig into the FB options and settings and figure out a way to suppress some of the crap. I’ll try that another day.
Just unfriend them, if they add nothing to your life. Another option is to cut off their feeds, and you never have to see them again.
My friends on facebook have been invaluable to me, partly since I homeschool. The other (mostly Mothers) keep in touch about special offers on free food, curricula, etcetera.
We just had a discussion on the Constitution and an upcoming children’s performance tonight, as well as sharing advice on local physical therapists. I suggest connecting with people who make your life better and who don’t drag you down.
