I'm fascinated by this man's mother. Beautiful, intelligent, charming, brave, strong--what an admirable person. She managed to survive the war and keep her children safe in the midst of hell. And she got married again. What a glorious woman.

That is one smart lady.What incredible courage to sit there smiling at the German officers sitting opposite who,had they known,would likely have shot them both on the spot.She must have the poker-face to end them all!
