I'm starting to think it could be Bayern's year, judging by their recent form.
Shocked that Chelsea came all the way back, and to think they are the only English team left in Europe (with United and City crashing out of the Europa League)
So... what is the deal with Chelsea? Was the management so bad that getting rid of him and going back to the old way is enough to get them rolling again, or is it just a short-lived adrenaline boost from the change?
They certainly have been playing more inspired of late since the change. We’ll see if it lasts. They got a huge break drawing Benfica.
Milan-Barcelona could be one for the ages.
Unfortunately I can help thinking that APOEL is going the way of Basel this round (blown out on the road vs. one of the giant clubs).
I leaning towards a Bayern/Barca final.
Barcelona is pretty much conceding the La Liga title to Madrid (they are 10 points back), while Milan is in a tussle with Juventus (who amazingly haven’t dropped a game in Serie A, but have just about tied as many games as they’ve won)
