If this is the case I'm thinking of, the individual being taped was in the closet. The fact that he killed himself after being outed does not help The Left^TM's case that homosexuality is "normal". And I agree that the act of taping him making out with another dude is an invasion of privacy, but it's no more than that.

The dead kid was going to homo dating sites to find adult males looking for sex. The kid had a man in his 30s from outside the college in the dorm room shared by the student who set up the camera.
