You want to tell the airlines, why? I bet they will feel very much like I do...it is your dog and once I’ve said no...I’ve already turned your business down. I’ve already made up my mind I do not need to do business with you.

Telling me you are taking your business elsewhere and why,

...uh, I already told you I don’t want your business for the very reason you are taking it elsewhere.
