OK ... some of you are really ticked at me

Sorry .. mea culpa. Somehow I missed the memo detailing how my primary function on the radio is to say things that you will all agree with so that nobody will get mad at me. Now, from the looks of the email and Twitter, some of you don’t like me very much at all. Most of you I don’t know personally … so I’ll survive. Some of the folks that are, shall we say, royally pissed, are friends. Now that hurts. But I’ve always been honest with both my friends and my listeners on how I feel about the issues .. and that doesn’t stop during the Year of Talking Dangerously.

OK … so why are folks mad? Because yesterday on the show I revealed that I voted for Mitt Romney in the Florida Primary, and that if I were eligible to vote in Georgia I would have voted for him yesterday as well. Voting in two states wouldn’t have been nice … so I didn’t.

Not that my opinions here are worth any more but yours, but here’s where I stand on this all-important contest as of right now.

He is also one of the more fanatical defenders of homosexuals on the air, at least among ostensibly straight talkshow hosts.

A brokered convention will go to the RNC. It may not give us Romney but someone of that sort will result. The kenyan will win the election barring an appropriate deus ex machina.

For some reason, they think Romney is the only one who’s “electable”. Why? I don’t know.

Me either. He couldn't even get reelected governor in Assachusetts. What's so "electable" about that?

Mitt has drowned Newt in sh*tstorms of lying ads. But he won’t hardly look at Obama himself crosswise. Mitt is a recipe for a second term of Obama.

So sort of like a Juan "Lettuce" McStain but with better hair, and no temper?

Has nothing to do with the majority. What comes out of the talk radio shows is driven by a combination of power and money in the hands of the few.

The vast majority of Americans are conservative. I’ll run down the list of conservative principles if necessary—they match with the average American worldview.

Conservatism: 1)God and transcendent moral laws; 2) individual above government; 3)the right to earn private property; 4)the duty to defend the innocent

Liberalism: 1) “Imagine no religion” 2) government better than individual; 3) the right of government to take private property; 4) the duty to defend the guilty

Now. Tell me which from the first list is opposed by the average American? And which from the second is supported?

Face it. The only way liberals get elected is to disguise their ideas from the second list so that they appear to be the ideas from the first list.

True.

And that’s the real point.

Everything liberals actually do, is fanatically disguised.

Everything liberals claim, is bs.

This is our country’s problem in a nutshell.

Just another big lie, plagiarized by the liberals from the original Big Lie.

Their ideas defeat themselves, from beginning to end.

So you’re basically saying that Conservatives are just idiots who fall for it all the time.

Pay very close attention.

The focus is on ideas. We are a nation of laws not men, remember?

Anyone can be fooled. There is no man ever made that can’t be made an idiot. It’s our nature. This is exactly why we must be a nation of laws and not of men.

And think on this—though anyone can be fooled by a wolf in sheep’s clothing, nobody would bite a second time into wolf shank braised in pepper and mint leaves. Let me put it plainly to you—Americans know what we believe, but our Christian heritage teaches us to give straight talk and we expect it back.

You cannot deny any of what I said. This you demonstrate with your words of malice.
