If your employer knows you spend work hours on line then I was never talking to you.

You don't know who I am nor what I done, that's not your fault it's the nature of the medium we share, fair enough. You can trust me or not when I tell you I'm familiar with the workplace and the qualities and behaviors that are typical of the successful.

To: I see my hands

My bosses, being not stupid, know that people don’t really grind on all 8 hours of the day. They might not know the specifics, but they’re not dumb. They understand that we’re not hourly, that we’re paid to produce a product on time and on quality, and that there is always going to be down time, and that the difference between people looking busy when they’re not or visibly coasting when they can coast is actually a matter of dishonesty vs honesty. And they’d rather their employees not lie to them.

I know everything I need to know about you. You stick your posts in a silly border to draw attention to yourself, you quickly judge people based on basically no information, and you like to throw around insulting labels like “thief” and “brothers in the occupy movement”. All of which pretty much marks you as immature and annoying.
