FReeping from work isn’t necessarily stealing time. Folks on salary are paid for results not time, if FReeping doesn’t interfere with the results everybody gets what they’re paying for.

Soooo, if you're paying two employees salary AND benefits, who only need four hours a day to do their jobs, you keep both?

Tell that to the owner or CEO. Or if you're smart tell that person you're being underutilized and are able to take on more responsibility. Lol, every thief has a rationalization.
