Bought my very first record album in summer 1968. It was by the Monkees...paid $2.35 at the BX...Sheppard Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, TX. Remember it as though it were only “yesterday.” As an impressionable twelve-year old, I was absolutely, totally in love with The Monkees. My oh my...where has the time gone!

The Monkees music sounds as good today as when it was recorded. Their tv show is classic.

Dear Matt Drudge...you are a pinhead today...the news of Davy Jones’ death was worthy of the flashing siren.

Jones complained Wednesday morning that he wasn't feeling well and was having trouble breathing. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. So for the love of mike never complain that you're not feeling well and having trouble breathing. If you do they will pronounce you dead without further ado.
