I grew up on well water with high fluoride in West Texas. I have had one cavity my whole life. And my teeth are not brown.

West Texas water also contains apatite, a form of calcium. During WWII, the army observed that recruits from W. Texas had few cavaties. Someone investigated and found out about the high floride content, ignoring the other minerals in the water. Its the other minerals that are probably protecting your teeth and bones.
