I started drinking distilled water over 30 years ago. I looked into filtered water and decided that filtering gets out the sand & feathers but little else.
I couldn't stand the taste of the heavily chlorinated water I was drinking in the Atlanta area at the time.
I came to the conclusion that distilling is the only way to remove ALL the chemicals in water.
I also looked into fluoride being added to municipal water supplies. I read several books on the subject and came to the conclusion that adding fluoride was one of the biggest scams pulled on the public. Some people are highly allergic to fluoride. Putting it in a trough for all is stupid to say the least.
It does NOTHING for cavities. How do I know?
My daughter never had city water and NEVER had a single cavity. She ate very little candy and her mother made sure she brushed her teeth.
Another advantage of distilled water is we are rarely sick.
“Because fluoride can disproportionately harm poor citizens and black families, Atlanta civil rights leaders, former UN Ambassador Andrew Young, Reverend Gerald Durley, PhD, Martin Luther Kingâs daughters, Bernice and Alveda. asked Georgia legislators to repeal the state’s mandatory water fluoridation law.”
Now I’ve heard everything. What is the reasoning here?
I am so glad that our local water company (York, PA) never caved in to the pressure to flouridate our water. They get lambasted from time to time by the local know-it-all media, and they just quietly keep on providing us with some of the best tasting water I’ve ever had.
