Oh, they have the idea. That’s what Fast and Furious was. But instead of blaming a patsy for shooting into a stadium to get “assault rifles” banned, the plan was to blame U.S. origin assault rifles for 100s of dead Mexicans.
Just as evil. And in EFAD, it’s just a couple of rogue ATF officials, at first. In FAF, it came from the top.
