These acts between teachers and students are absolutely no different from the same acts between clergy and children.
The only difference is that the media responds to one event with efforts to humiliate and shut down the institution and responds to the other events with silence on the institution, followed by requests for more money for teachers unions.

I've often wondered why that is. And I'd almost bet money that if some of those cases you refer to were Baptist instead of Catholic, you'd see a different type of coverage...
