I read the book and enjoyed it. I have no intention of seeing the movie. If you haven't read the book, it portrays the candidates like this: (My characterizations, not the authors)

1. Obama - wise, skillful, thoughtful, adroit, intelligent.

2. Hillary - tough fighter, lost out to Obama because she was outmaneuvered.

3. McCain - affable bumbling lovable oaf.

4. Palin - shrieking screaming PMS mental case she demon from hell.

McNasty is just plain evil....may have been okay 40 years ago, but today John is just a fool...a dangerous fool.
