I need help!
Husband gave me red cut roses for Valentines. They are ready for the compost pile. When I took them out of the vase I saw that they are sprouting short stems and leaves!
But, there are no roots. Does anyone know how to keep these alive until they root?

You may have some problems - usually the cut roses you get from a florist have been grown on a root stock and under a very controlled environment.
