I don’t think he’ll be buying a GM Volt any time soon.

The guy was probably using oxygen . Supplemental oxygen will cause anything to burn or blow up.

He should have read the packaging more carefully. He must have gotten the electronic exploding cigar.

Life is all about risks and taking chances. Even a blind squirrel finds and acorn occasionally.
So, does a person risk a one in a million chance of this happening, and keep on smoking regular cigarettes and getting cancer or worse, or use "water vapor" infused with a little nicotine to get off the bad stuff?
My wife has been smoking over 25 years and has tried EVERYTHING on the market to try and quit...I got her some of these E-cigs and she hasn't had a real cigarette in over six months now.
She loves them...there is no odor, no stains, and she can smoke them anywhere including in the bed (no fire).
And, they actually average out to about $2.50 a pack as opposed to almost $5 a pack for regular cigs.
They come in several nicotine strengths all the way down to zero, so you can gradually wean off nicotine.
It is the PERFECT solution to the person who just likes to "handle" a cigarette and go through the motions.
She tried a regular cigarette the other day and said it tasted awful.
I'm thankful we tried these as she would have never quit smoking regular cigarettes and wound up with something bad. She already was develping "smokers cough", but that has completely disappeared now.
I know, I know...you purists out there would say they should just quit, period. But for a lot of people, it's not that easy to do. This is the perfect solution.
By the way, depending on the brand, they also come in flavors, like cherry, chocolate, coffee, and even menthol.
There has been occasions of cell phones and other devices exploding, but people are still walking around with them to their ear.
I feel bad for this guy, but he probably bought one of those cheapo brands from a local convenience store. We buy ours off -line and read all the reviews and got the best we could find.

A lithium battery? A heating element? A volatile liquid? In the mouth? What could possibly go wrong?
Next generation of these will probably have a pocket battery pack, and a wire going to the vaporizer.

If you go to Ms ts bakery essentials and check out all of her liquids, you might get hooked even if you don’t smoke. I like it.

My mom was using one of these for a few months. She was having problems with the battery keeping a charge. Went back to cigs after she got replacements that did the same thing.

I've found that sucking on the battery itself is helpful enough in fighting the tobacco habit!
