After some shot-lived haggling, it was agreed that for the purposes of inter-galactic peace and harmony the aliens would not make their laser beam weaponry public and until they were on their way, they would have to be restricted by a leash-and-collar type device, as seen precisely in the picture of the alien during his meeting with members of the Pentagon, as a safety precaution, in the manner in which all leaders on Earth are protected and kept out of harm’s way.

I found video of the craft I sighted in 2009

Someone saw the same thing my daughter and I did, not on the same day, but WAS in February ‘09, same month of my sighting and they saw it OVER DUBLIN, just as we did. They only recently submitted this to MUFON (12/25/11). I nearly fell over when I watched the video, because at 7 seconds, it looks exactly as I saw it, even tilted at the same angle.

Here is the description I submitted to MUFON after my sighting:

I was driving from Stephenville with my daughter, on US 377 going towards Dublin when we both saw it at the same time. Directly ahead and a little to our left we saw a line of lights, evenly spaced, but not very bright, heading North. What struck us most was the size of it. There are very few planes flying in our rural area, but this would have been vastly larger than even a commercial plane & much, much lower. It looked to be directly over Dublin and the lights were on for several seconds, then went off, on once more for several seconds, then off again. We never saw them afterwards, and in what daylight there was left we were unable to see the body of any aircraft, only the huge string of lights, but from the first pulse to the second one it was apparent that whatever it is was making a slow, stationary turn towards the West (this should say East).

I will add here that the thing looked massive, possibly covering most of the small town, but it was difficult to say if it were over the town, or beyond, which, if so, would make it even more huge.

Here is the submission & video of the other witness: On the night of Feb. 5, 2009 I went out to check the skies like I usually do. Directly above my house I saw 2 really big triangle light patterns. I started filming and was able to catch the second one disappearing. Then 7 lights in a row appeared and then disappeared. After that one light appeared and then was gone a few moments later. Towards the end of the sighting jets started appearing from everywhere. There were at least 12 jets out possibly more. No noise from the lights at all.
