North Carolina - A police officer who lost his job after he was seen kicking his canine partner, Ricoh, several times, may get his job back, including 5 years worth of back pay.
According to WITN News, North Carolina's second highest court believes that Charles Jones, who was fired in 2007, should be reinstated to his position.
The 2007 kicking incident involved Jones hoisting his Belgian Malinois partner, Ricoh, off of the ground and repeatedly kicking him in what he claims was an effort to get him to release his training tool - a piece of fire hose.
Jones has argued that kicking Ricoh was merely a training technique.
Which begs the question - is there a double standard for officers of the law?
Is abusive behavior acceptable if it is called "training"?

Yes I think the cops were using that training tool on a guy in a diabetic fit just the other day.
More cat mind control at work.
“Mr. Fluffy commands you to kick the dog! Yes! Kick the dog! Bwahahahahahaha!”
The only way to battle cat mind control is to stick a candy thermometer up the cat’s behind. Cats who are using mind control invariably have a temperature around carmel. Not that this stops the mind control, but you’ve never seen speed until you try to stick a candy thermometer up a cat’s ass.

I say the officer should undergo some training before being allowed to return.
Find the 3 most muscular officers on the force. Have them throw Mr. Jones in the air and then kick him in the stomach after he hits the ground. Repeat 10 times. If Mr Jones is still conscious after 10 times he can have his job back.
He’s damn lucky it didn’t bite back. That is a characteristic of an over -corrected malinois. They often will take so much, when they’ve had enough, they often will strike back. Any dog trainer will tell you that they are one breed that doesn’t respond well to rough tactics, they eventually fight back. Too bad the dog didn’t IMO, I have no tolerance for abuse.
