Judge: Obama eligible to be Georgia candidate
A state administrative law judge on Friday flatly rejected challenges seeking to keep President Barack Obama from being a candidate in next month's Georgia primary.
In a 10-page order, Judge Michael Malihi dismissed one challenge that contended Obama has maintained a Hawaiian birth certificate that is a computer-generated forgery, has a fraudulent Social Security number and invalid U.S. identification papers. He also turned back another that claimed the president is not a natural born citizen.
Last month, Malihi heard testimony and took evidence in a hearing boycotted by Obama's lawyer.
With regard to the challenge that Obama does not have legitimate birth and identification documents, Malihi said he found the testimony presented by lawyers of the so-called "birther" movement and their evidence "to be of little, if any, probative value and thus wholly insufficient to support plaintiffs' allegations."
A number of the witnesses who testified about the alleged fraud were never qualified as experts in birth records, forged documents and document manipulation, Malihi wrote. "None of the testifying witnesses provided persuasive testimony," he wrote.

Just with what you cited, if the judge made the assumption that being a citizen by birth makes one a natural born citizen then he doesn’t know the difference between a citizen by birth and a natural born citizen.
And did he make this decision after ex parte contact(s) from the president’s counsel, who defaulted earlier by failing to appear at any hearings with his client? That would certainly be a clear ethical violation(s).
And what documentation proved Obama was even born in the US? A fraudulent copy of a birth certificate? Still waiting on the good Sheriff Arpaio to get the microfilmed Hawaii birth certificates but not holding my breath...
The Judge knows that he is not a natural born citizen.
BUT, the judge was told that “Federal” election law states that he must accept another states documents as statement of fact.
And they probably told him that would kill him if he found otherwise. (Remember, they burned Palin’s Church)

Instead of crafting a decision that takes no notice of the political landscape but which follows the law without flinching, Judge Malihi instead chose to not make waves, and made a political decision. He then crafted a finding that supports his (political) decision.

Remember about 14 years ago, about `98, we thought we’d never get to the, uh, bottom of whether Willie was lying about what really happened in the Oval office (although we all KNEW the truth) and then Monica served up the blue dress.
This time—again we all know the truth—but I don’t think anyone is going to cough up the evidence. (I think it’s called `disproving a negative’.) In any event no one wants to believe that the president of the USA is an even bigger liar than Bill Clinton.
At the same time Clinton was an adolescent enfant terrible, while Obama is a hardened socialist with Marxist friends determined to destroy the America we know and love. IMHO.

The Judge is a lying a$$ hole. He told all four Plaintiff’s lawyers he would issue an adverse ruling against the defendant in an in chambers pre-hearing confernce. Promulgation of this ruling is a lie and makes the entire proceeding a farces.
