Once, during an interview, she mentioned that he had bad breath. There have been a couple of other times she told similarly critical tales about him, and I forget exactly, but recall thinking: This woman actually likes to make fun of her husband in public...not the sign of the "supposed" great marriage the media tells us about. Once there was a story that he liked to try on her clothes, but not sure if she said it or where that came from. And, of course, Obama himself admitted that he is lazy.
Now, many leaders have bad habits...and often those are exposed to the public. But I don't recall any leaders' wives finding fault with them and seeming to enjoy doing so as much or as often as Michelle does. I can imagine there are quite a few battles behind the closed doors of their rooms in the White House.

I have a much different take on this.
Her criticism of her husband, much like her ridiculous photo op in a Target store, is specifically designed to make people forget about her Marie Antoinette-like behavior in spending our money for her many luxury trips.
Ordinary women are supposed to hear junk like this and then think that the Moose is just one of us. Also, the leftists who plan all of these strategies think that normal women enjoy showing disrespect for their husbands. They think this because that is the way that leftist women behave.
You’re right. She does criticize him a lot in public. Probably even worse in private.
