Interseting that Baldwin, in his analysis of capital ship losses omits aircraft carriers, of which the Brits have lost at least two, and I believe, more.
Especially since Baldwin has been beating the drum for air power for a long time now. He must be using some conventional definition of capital ship that predates aircraft carriers. Like displacement or gun caliber. If that is so he must realize that he is working with obsolete terms.
