It’s more like a slide show than a video. You can scroll through the photos underneath the large photo to see the states and other info, and skip the slide show.
“There’s a list?”
If there’s one thing I -HATE-, it’s badly-written web pages like this that force you to navigate through page after page (or pic after pic) to see “the list”.
So here it is:

But I don’t see any info there that would lead one to believe that the states in question are “running out” of smart people.
Rather, as another poster mentioned above, it probably has more to do with the influx of south-of-the-border illegals (who, as a group, have a lower IQ and education than do the Euro-Americans already residing in those states) who are skewing the numbers.
Another web page that is all smoke and no fire....
