Laz old buddy, you made it out because you had nothing to lose by leaving. Some of us have too much to lose if we go. So we are here, still trying to fight the good fight. Some of us have no other choice.
And you know full well that not all of NY is like NY City.
It doesn’t make us “rock stupid” for staying.
Unfortunately, there are not nearly enough states in that catagory....not nearly enough.

Wasn't putting down Texas...just thinking more like the deep South.
There have been some pretty serious arguments over the years whether Texas is a Southern state or a southwestern state, including my Texas relatives.
Some of them self identify as part of one or the other...I can go either way, though I think of it as more southwestern than South, mostly because of the accents and/or meal/food choices.
Its not that Mississippi is running out of smart people, its just that it doesn’t take much for one to qualify as a smart person here.
Texas is a Texan state.

Read a report on the greater Houston area several months ago which showed a marked decline in years of education per adult and income per family. Based on huge influx of illegals one might conclude that these stats are unfortunately probably true.

It’s pretty obvious from the list what the agenda of the writer was.
The sad part is that in the Baraqqi Depression, the opportunities for ALL people are so greatly diminished.
We get told over and over again that immigrants are coming here to "do the jobs Americans won't do."
Who's to say that people from other states won't move west to do whatever jobs go unfilled in these states.
That's basically what happens in the US and what's been happening for a century. So it's more an opportunity than a problem.
Texas is both Southern and South Western.
It was the greatest state in the Confederacy, just as it is the greatest state in the United States.
So Colorado made the list, huh?
The fact we’re being overrun by illegal aliens wouldn’t have anything to do with our numbers, would it?
